Payment Policy
Payment may be made by check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
If you pay by credit card, be certain to provide the appropriate name, billing address, and expiration date for your credit card. We will NOT, under any circumstances, be able to change the credit card used after the initial payment has been processed.

All registration forms with accompanying payments must be received or postmarked by this date to qualify for this rate. If registering online, payment must be submitted by 11:59 pm PST.
Regular Registration Deadline:
All registrations with accompanying payments must be received or postmarked by this date to qualify for this rate. If registering online, payment must be submitted by 11:59 pm PST. This is the last date registration forms can be mailed or faxed.
All registration forms received after October 25, 2008 will be processed at the onsite registration rate of $99.00 for individual participants, $69.00 for students, and $89.00 for group registrations of 10 or more participants.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request (e-mail is acceptable) must be sent to info@trpi.org or faxed to (213) 821-1976. Telephone requests will NOT be honored.
- Refund requests received or postmarked by October 10, 2008 will receive a full refund.
- Refund requests received or postmarked between October 11 and October 17th are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Refund requests received or postmarked after October 17, 2008 will not be entitled to a credit or refund.
- After October 25, 2008, registrations will only be accepted on-site, space permitting.
