Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

This policy describes how TRPI handles information in connection with website visits and editorial inquiries.

Information you provide

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message. We use these details to review and respond to inquiries, investigate corrections, address technical issues, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

Technical information

Hosting, content delivery, and security services may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps, and security events to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Infrastructure providers may retain logs under their own practices. Our contact form uses a short-lived hashed identifier derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions.

Cookies

WordPress and our infrastructure may use cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in, preferences, and security verification. If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies are introduced, appropriate notices and consent controls should be provided where required.

Affiliate links and external sites

Affiliate links may contain tracking identifiers that allow Amazon or other participating services to attribute qualifying purchases. Those destinations may use their own cookies and process data under their own policies. TRPI does not receive payment card details or access your Amazon account through an affiliate link. Review the destination’s privacy policy before providing information.

Providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by providers involved in hosting, security, email, and website operation as needed to supply those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security incidents. We do not sell information submitted in editorial correspondence.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence as needed to address inquiries, maintain relevant editorial records, and meet applicable obligations. Log retention depends on provider settings. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can manage cookies through your browser, though blocking essential cookies may affect website functions. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. Use the Contact page and include “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not send identification documents through the form.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and does not invite children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

International processing and updates

Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable protections can vary. This policy may be updated as our practices change; the effective date identifies the current version.
